Home on the Road
I’m extremely bummed and heart broken to hear that Into the Wild is showing in CA and other parts of America but not here in PA. There isn’t a movie I’ve wanted to see more desperately this year. We’ll get to watch it on Netflix eventually, but not in all its epic big screen glory.

Also check out the Hazlett theatre… etc.etc. … independent film-makers schedule. You could even request it be brought in.
I saw the Charlie Rose interview with Sean Penn and it was phenomenal … he is so “deep”. The musician who wrote the Full score to the moive was also on the show w/Penn. Can’t remember his name… rock performer? He composed the entire score in 2 weeks as a favor to Penn.

Sometimes enjoying the book first can lessen the movie experience. I wish I had not read the book so the movie would be totally fresh. I’ll be waiting too.
