Wouldn’t it be fabulous to do something like this? I donate to animal charities rather than “people” charities. My theory is that animals are defenseless against humans and domesticated animals we have made totally dependent on us. On the other hand, humans, at least adult humans, have the ability to help themselves, if they choose to do so. In so many cases, at least in industrialized countries, peoples’ problems are of their own making.
